ancol-extreme-floating-donut-with-strap
Ancol Extreme Floating Donut with Strap

Ancol Tough Floating Donut with Strap – 33cm

A 33cm ring with a webbing strap through it, from Ancol's Playtime Tough range. The ring shape is easy for a dog to grab from any angle and easy to carry, and the strap gives you a handhold well clear of the teeth, so tug stays a game between the two of you rather than a grab at the same piece of rubber.

It floats, which is the reason to choose this over an ordinary tug ring. Thrown into a lake or the sea it sits on the surface and drifts, so the dog can see it and swim to it. Ancol place it in the Tough range for stronger chewers, while being clear themselves that no dog toy is indestructible.
<>
Performance & Benefits

33cm overall, including the strap, giving a long reach for tug.

Floats on water, so it suits the beach, a lake or a paddling pool.

Ring shape is easy to grip from any direction and easy to carry.

Strap keeps your hand away from the dog's mouth during tug.

Works for both retrieving and tugging, so one toy covers two games.

Supplied in plastic-free, widely recyclable packaging.

<>
Suitable For

Strong, energetic dogs that tug and retrieve.

Swimmers and dogs worked in water.

Interactive play with a handler rather than solo chewing.

Medium and large breeds with a full adult mouth.

Too large for puppies and toy breeds — the Ancol Tough Glow Ball at 7cm is a better fit for a small mouth.

<>
How to Use

Hold the strap and throw, on land or into water.

For tug, keep the strap and let the dog take the ring.

Wash with warm soapy water after use and allow to dry fully.

Rinse off salt and sand before storing.

<>
Specification

33cm in length.

Ring with an integral webbing strap.
