Black Tinsel Sequin Mesh

This ex-designer fabric is a sequin mesh. It's a black non-stretch mesh with sparkly black tinsel and black sequins all over. It's semi-sheer, lightweight, and so sparkly in the light! Drapes beautifully and has a soft structure. Would be perfect as an overlay, or a loose fitting garment like a jumper or dress!
