MSM — methyl sulphonyl methane — is a bio-available source of sulphur, and NAF's is 100% MSM with nothing else in the tub. Sulphur is a building block of the collagen in joint cartilage, tendons and ligaments, which is why MSM is usually fed as a top-up to a joint supplement rather than instead of one.

Feeding
